Version v1.4 — effective October 18, 2026
This document explains what MyTrafficV3 collects when you activate and use your license, why, and what rights you have over that data. It also sets out the basic terms under which the software is licensed to you. By checking "I agree" on the activation screen and clicking Activate, you confirm that you have read and accept this document.
MyTrafficV3 is developed and distributed by Caio Guedes ("the developer", "we"). The developer is the data controller for the information described in Section 7, within the meaning of Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). Purchases themselves are processed by SimMarket, under SimMarket's own privacy policy — the developer never sees or stores your payment details.
MyTrafficV3 — including its source code, compiled application, design, and the TimeTable.json schedule package it delivers — is and remains the exclusive property of the developer. Purchasing a license does not transfer any ownership. Brazil's Software Law (Lei 9.609/1998) governs the copyright protection of computer programs in this context.
Subject to these terms, the developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of MyTrafficV3, on one machine at a time, for your own personal flight-simulation use. See Section 3 of the Configuration Manual for how to request a machine change.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not, without the developer's prior written consent:
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of computer programs is a criminal offense under Article 12 of Brazil's Software Law (Lei 9.609/1998), in addition to any civil remedies available to the developer.
The developer may suspend or terminate, without refund, any license found to violate these terms — including sharing, forging, or attempting to circumvent activation — and reserves the right to pursue any remedy available under applicable law.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
MyTrafficV3's ongoing operation — including daily schedule updates, license validation, and machine-change support — depends on the developer's continued personal operation of the license server and data pipeline. This is a service provided by an individual developer, not a company with organizational continuity.
The developer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently discontinue this service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to the developer's death, incapacity, or voluntary decision to no longer maintain the project — without prior notice, without liability, and without obligation to provide a refund, transfer, or successor service, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants rights that cannot be waived.
In the event of a permanent discontinuation, the developer intends — though is not obligated — to publish one final, specially-signed schedule package before shutting the service down. A copy of MyTrafficV3 that has received this final package continues to operate indefinitely on its own, without any further contact with the license server or internet connection required. Whether this final package is published, and when, remains entirely at the developer's discretion.
MyTrafficV3 does not collect or transmit anything about your flights, your simulator usage, or the content of your PC. The only data involved is what license activation itself requires:
| Data | Why | Legal basis (LGPD) |
|---|---|---|
| License key | Identifies which purchase is being activated. | Execution of contract (Art. 7, V) |
| E-mail address | Used only for machine-change requests and support — never for marketing or shared with any third party. | Execution of contract (Art. 7, V) |
| Hardware hash | A one-way hash of a hardware identifier, used only to tell one installation apart from another so a key can be tied to one machine. It cannot be reversed back into any information about your PC. | Execution of contract (Art. 7, V) |
| App version | Lets the server tell you when an update is required. | Execution of contract (Art. 7, V) |
| Installed livery packages | Once a day, the app tells the server which of the AIG, FSLTL and Just Flight AI livery families are installed on your PC (for example "AIG,FSLTL"), only as those names. No file paths, folder names or livery titles leave your PC. Used for compatibility and to decide which livery packs to support. | Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) |
| IP address | Used only for basic abuse prevention (rate-limiting) at the moment of the request; not stored against your license record. | Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) |
| Terms acceptance record | The version of this document and the date you accepted it, recorded at activation and each time you accept a new version, so acceptance can be demonstrated later if needed. | Execution of contract / legal obligation |
This data is never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed by infrastructure providers acting strictly on the developer's behalf to run the license server (currently Cloudflare, for hosting, database, and abuse prevention), under their own data-processing terms.
License and activation records are kept for as long as the license is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for support and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request earlier deletion under Section 11 below, subject to what the developer needs to keep to prevent license abuse.
Under LGPD Art. 18, if you are in Brazil, you may request, at any time and free of charge:
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have substantially equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have substantially equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your data — which MyTrafficV3 does not do in any case (see Section 9).
To exercise any of these rights, contact canalpositiveclimb@gmail.com. Requests are answered within the timeframe required by applicable law.
The hardware identifier is never stored or transmitted in reversible form — only a one-way hash. All communication with the license server uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). The daily schedule package is cryptographically signed so the app can detect tampering.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the courts of Vitória da Conquista, State of Bahia, Brazil, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your own country of residence grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead — nothing in this section removes any such right where it applies.
If these terms change in a way that materially affects what is collected or how it is used, the version number and date above will change, and you will be asked to accept the new version the next time the software needs to re-validate your consent.
